Teams confirmed for the 2010 Tournament There's still room for one more team! The schedule is still being worked on. As you know, events of this type are "flexible" on the schedule. In order to prevent last second juggling of games, we will have a final schedule Friday night at "The Landing". There will be a Festival dinner and anyone wearing a team jersey will get a "free beer"! Also there will be a "festival party" at the Landing Saturday night with live entertainment. Both Luau Larry's and The Landing will be our offical restaurant and bar.
Nolan Day, former Unicorn and Eagle Rock Old Boy, who was married at the Catalina Island rugby Festival in 2006, will be shooting a pilot for the Travel Channel and will include some of the hot spots in Avalon and bits and pieces on the Old Boys! There will be a sign-up board at The Landing on Friday night for individuals looking for a team to play with. |
